Cancellations and Refunds

This policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds for services offered on the Breathy platform, including individual consultations and "Breathy Pro" subscriptions.
1. Consultation Appointments
- Patient Cancellation:
- Full Refund: You may cancel a scheduled appointment and receive a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
- No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time are not eligible for a refund.
- Provider Cancellation: If a Provider cancels a scheduled appointment, the patient will receive a full refund automatically.
- No-Show: If a patient fails to attend a scheduled appointment, it will be considered a "no-show" and no refund will be issued.
2. "Breathy Pro" Subscriptions
Strict Non-Refundable Policy: Please read this section carefully before purchasing a subscription.
- Non-Refundable: Once a user pays for a subscription plan (Monthly or Yearly), the payment is non-refundable under any circumstances. This applies even if the features are not used or if the subscription is cancelled immediately after payment.
- Cancellation: You can cancel your Breathy Pro subscription at any time from the "Subscription" section. Upon cancellation, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle, but you will not receive a refund for the current cycle.
- Payment Errors & Service Delivery:
In the rare event that money is debited from your account due to a technical error but the subscription service is not activated, you may be eligible for a resolution.- Action Required: You must contact our support team immediately with valid payment proofs and bank statements showing the deduction.
- Time Limit: You must report this issue within 48 hours of the transaction. Claims made after 48 hours will strictly not be entertained.
3. How to Request a Refund
- Refunds for eligible appointment cancellations are processed automatically.
- For technical payment failures (as defined in Section 2), please contact our support team at contact@breathy.com.
Please attach the transaction reference ID and bank debit screenshot to speed up your resolution.
4. Processing Time
- All approved refunds (for appointments or technical errors) will be processed back to the original payment method used during the transaction via our payment partner, Cashfree.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
* NOTE: Breathy reserves the right to modify, update, or change this Cancellations and Refunds Policy at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will be effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically to stay informed of updates.
